Monday - Friday A San Diego based Construction Company with operations throughout Southern California is currently seeking a Full Time, experienced Accounts Payable Clerk at our Lakeside, California office.
Job Duties:
The duties for this position will include and not limited to the following.
Essential DutiesInvoicingCorrespondence with all accountsAccount reconciliationIssuing paymentsMaintaining vendor recordsReporting invoice totalsOther duties as assigned Special Skills or Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess the following special skills and or requirements to be considered for this position.
Must be computer savvyMust possess great communication skillsPrior AP experience requiredPrior customer service experience preferred Must dependable Must understand and comply with our confidentiality policiesEducation and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 (one) year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
