National Key Account and Tender Manager

Our client through its two global brands is a complete source for high quality silicone and saline breast implants, along with other products associated with the surgical Aesthetic and Reconstructive marketplaces.


Responsibilities:
Personal responsibility for negotiating, care and maintenance of large national key account and buying groups to be agreed (conditions, planning and implementation of marketing and training, cooperative development)
Monitor and manage NHS Tenders to ensure the company have a strong presence within the tender process and co-ordinate activities with UK sales team to ensure successful bidding.
Development and implementation of new marketing concepts and strategies within these key accounts to achieve the revenue targets working with the UK Sales Team and independently.
Joint Sales and budget responsibility for key accounts with UK National Sales Manager
Professional leadership and development of staff working closely with UK Sales Manager as necessary
Analysis of market and competitive situation within the key accounts and broader marketplace
Ability to liaise with subsidiaries outside UK where necessary to ensure synergy within strategies.
Develop new strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales objectives within Key Accounts
Co-development of business strategies as a member of the management team
Working with Prof Ed and Marketing teams to instigate and ensure UK surgical workshops are effective
Project manage with National Sales Manager
Be involved in strategies for any new products as they are available in pre-launch and post launch activities
Qualifications:
Completed a business degree or equivalent education
Have experience of large scale tenders
Proven track record in the field of key account and category management
Initial management experience desirable
Knowledge of Aesthetic Marketplace within UK desirable
Excellent communication skills and strong customer understanding with experience of high level negotiations
Strong enforcement-oriented approach and statements
Team player
Leader with potential for medium-term development towards upper management

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
