We have immediate opening available for a Construction Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results.
Must have thorough knowledge of the construction process, awareness of the latest building codes and laws, must be able to analyze project from architectural review through actual construction.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with inspectors, clients, subcontractors, building managers, engineers and staff.
Looking for a highly effective individual with a proven track record.
