As part of the Cemetery/Funeral team, you will be responsible for the following:
Meeting with families to guide them through the process of cemetery planning.
Generating leads to set up appointments to bring in new business.
Assist with cemetery related calls and immediate need walk-ins.
To provide price information or answering calls about scheduled services.
Guiding families through every detailed step of the funeral and cemetery process.
Attending seminars and community events to educate the public about the benefits of pre-arranging funeral and cemetery services.
The successful applicant should be a self-starter, enjoy helping others, and be outgoing and presentable.
We are looking for candidates who are organized, calm, well groomed, professional and respectful.
Ability to maintain an extraordinary level of client family satisfaction.
We will assist you in obtaining a mandatory Cemetery Salesperson License once a background check has been completed.
Earn a great commission income and receive payment during the initial training period.
This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor without a proven track record in this field.
Qualifications 3
years sales experience Excellent customer service skills Preferred but not essential:
knowledge of funeral ceremonies.
Preferred but not essential:
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Tagalog.
Strong communication skills with the ability to transmit verbally and in writing with both clients and staff.
Ability to deal with others' emotions.
Hours are 8:
30 am to 5:
00 pm Monday to Friday.
Occasional night and weekend work.
Some holidays as well (Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and Day of the Dead for example).

$50,000.

23 per year Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate:
