As an Assistant Store Manager with Sip Fresh, you will manage the overall operation of the store, customer experience, team, and drive sales/business results.
Responsibilities include leading day-to-day store performance, supervising and directing the team, supporting staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality product, managing costs and general operations of the local business unit.
